Über den Bereich

Für den Bereich "Radar Concepts & New Products Engineering" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen „Systemingenieur Radar (w/m/d)“ am Standort Ulm.

In unserem Team aus Physiker*innen, Mathematiker*innen und Elektrotechnik-Ingenieur*innen entwickeln wir neuartige Signalverabeitungsalgorithmen mit Machine Learning Verfahren (Künstliche Intelligenz). Wir erstellen auch komplette Prototypen im Rahmen von Luftfahrtforschungsvorhaben zusammen mit dem Deutschen Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt.

Unser Ziel ist die Bereitstellung innovativer Radar Technologie für neuartige Produkte vor allem im Bereich der unbemannten Luftfahrt und Air Taxis. Wir unterstützen alle Produktentwicklungsbereiche der HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH mit spezifischen Lösungen auf Basis künstlicher Intelligenz.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Anwendung von Machine Learning (Künstliche Intelligenz) Verfahren für Radar Signalverabeitung
• Daten Augmentation und Simulation auf verschiedenen Stufen der Radarsignalverarbeitungskette
• Spezialisierte neuronale Netzarchitekturen unter Berücksichtigung radarspezifischer Eigenheiten
• Anwendung von Verfahren zur Erklärbarkeit von KI Methoden
• Entwicklung und Anwendung in sicherheitskritischen Anwendungen der Luftfahrt gemäß dem EASA Artificial Intelligence Concept Paper
• Entwicklung von Radar Architekturen und Signalverarbeitungsalgorithmen
• Mitwirken an internationalen Radar Forschungskonferenzen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering
• Expertise im Bereich Radar und Radar Signal Processing
• Kenntnisse in Python, Tensorflow / PyTorch, Matlab
• Begeisterung für Technologie und Forschung
• Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
