Randstad is looking for a Systems and Network Administrator

On behalf of an anonymous client , Randstad is seeking a Systems and Network Administrator to join their IT team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about ensuring the performance and security of diverse IT environments while providing essential technical support to users.

The Role in Brief

This position involves managing and improving a company's IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include user support , system security , and participating in technical projects .

Key Responsibilities

• System and Security Management :
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and applications.
• Help manage user accounts (onboarding and offboarding).
• Work closely with the security team to protect company data.
• Support and Maintenance :
• Act as the primary contact for user support requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform equipment maintenance.
• Handle hardware and software deployment and configuration.
• Projects and Documentation :
• Take part in IT projects, both on-premise and Cloud-based.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT procedures and systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.

Required Skills

• Education and Experience : A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in IT and proven experience in a similar role.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment.
  • Proficiency in identity management and security policies (MFA, conditional access).
  • Hands-on knowledge of the full M365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device and Application Management).
  • Skills in administering Windows, Linux, and Mac systems.
• Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of French, German, and / or Luxembourgish is a plus.
