Responsibilities

1. Develop expertise in artillery systems and their integration.
2. Manage project teams across Rheinmetall entities and international subcontractors.
3. Verify customer requirements, create, and control specifications.
4. Apply classic systems engineering methods to technically complex projects within time and budget.
5. Coordinate development departments involved.
6. Prepare and execute reviews.
7. Take responsibility for the budget and deadlines within the technical scope.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge in weapon system integration, such as weapon stations, turrets, mortars, or artillery systems.
• Proficiency in systems engineering methodologies.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• High initiative, flexibility, communication, and team skills.
• Willingness to travel for business.
