Overview of the role
The primary focus will be to support the local Talent Acquisition team with recruitment for our diverse Service Business Units.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing organization and a collaborative Talent team while using your prior (Professional Services / Executive Search) recruitment experience to source external talent and present them with A&M’s career opportunities.
Key accountabilities
- Support/facilitation of the entire recruitment cycle from initial briefing to candidate identification, advert writing, screening, interviews and offer
- Conduct research into target organizations, predominantly consulting firms and other specialist firms but also industry sectors
- Approach suitable candidates and qualify against agreed competencies and criteria for each vacancy.
- Identify candidates across competitors for specialist senior and junior roles
- Build relationships to gain candidate referrals from senior individuals (internal and external)
- Capture and maintain accurate market and candidate information on Alvarez & Marsal’s internal knowledge systems (Workday/SharePoint)
- Produce accurate and timely reports in preparation for update meetings, progress updates etc.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable recruitment experience (consultancy or in-house) and experience of working in a varied administrative role involving recruitment
- Strong resourcing skills (LinkedIn, social media and other networks)
- Track record of recruitment innovation and creativity
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information at maximum discretion
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables
- Capable to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in an internal HRIS system such as Workday is a significant plus
- Excellent German and English
