Talent Acquisition Excellence Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Excellence Specialist with a strong background in Workday (and exposure to other ATS platforms) to join one of our embedded projects. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by driving operational excellence, aligning processes across regions, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver best-in-class talent operations.


🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
• Optimise and streamline TA processes across multiple systems, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Act as a trusted partner to global stakeholders, aligning on processes, reporting, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements across recruitment operations and workflows.
• Support data integrity, reporting, and insights to enhance decision-making.
• Champion the candidate and stakeholder experience while embedding into the client team.


🔍 What We’re Looking For
• Strong hands-on Workday expertise (experience with other ATS platforms a plus).
• Proven background in process optimisation and TA operations.
• Skilled at navigating multiple systems and integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and alignment experience across global/regional teams.
• Able to work remotely across Europe and collaborate across time zones.
