Your role 
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the full recruitment cycle from opening roles to onboarding. You will help build a skilled, diverse team by combining strategic sourcing, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management. You will drive hiring with a focus on transparency, fairness, timely communication, and a great candidate experience, using data and AI tools to optimize processes and improve outcomes. This role is ideal for a purpose-driven recruiter who thrives on process improvement and scaling high-impact teams. 
Your day-to-day 
You will be a key member of the talent acquisition team responsible for stakeholder management, sourcing top talent, tracking recruitment data, driving process improvements, and closing roles. 
Your activities 
Active Sourcing & Talent Attraction:  
- Use sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards) to identify and engage top talent. 
 - Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for current and future positions. 
 - Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build relationships with high-potential talent. 
  
Full-Cycle Recruitment:  
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding, ensuring an efficient experience for all stakeholders. 
 - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles. 
 - Lead interviews and champion Orbem’s culture. 
 - Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating with the People Success Team and other departments. 
  
Data-Driven Recruitment:  
- Track and analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to optimize processes and meet goals. 
  
Process Improvement:  
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. 
 - Implement best practices to streamline the recruiting lifecycle and reduce time-to-fill. 
 - Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve efficiency. 
  
Stakeholder Experience:  
- Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of outcome. 
 - Represent the company culture and values throughout the recruiting process.

Experience And Skills  
- 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. 
 - Deep expertise in active sourcing techniques and proficiency with recruitment platforms. 
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
 - Background in startup/scale-up environments; comfortable with a multidisciplinary growth environment. 
 - Proven track record in data-driven recruitment with a focus on metrics-driven improvement. 
 - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities. 
 - Experience with ATS systems and HR tech to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience. 
 - Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset. 
 - Genuinely passionate about recruitment as a long-term career path.
