Talent Acquisition Partner – Cybersecurity & Data

£38,000 - £48,000 + Bonus + Commission + WFH Allowance

I’m representing a specialist recruitment consultancy operating in cybersecurity, data engineering and threat intelligence. They work with global enterprises, scale-ups and government-backed projects.

The business has delivered sustained triple digit year on year growth and recently expanded into key international hubs to meet increasing client demand. Consultants here work on high value, often exclusive roles where the hires directly impact the security and performance of multi million pound organisations.




What’s on offer:

• Typical individual billings of £300k to £450k in specialist technical markets
• First year OTE of £90k to £120k with no threshold on commission
• Mix of retained, exclusive and long term client partnerships
• Opportunity to support projects in multiple global regions
• Access to specialist cyber talent databases and market mapping tools



Responsibilities:

• Managing end to end recruitment for niche technical and leadership roles in cybersecurity and data
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and provide market insights
• Building cross border pipelines in collaboration with delivery teams
• Working on assignments that require precision, discretion and an understanding of sensitive markets
