Tech Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hamburg / Berlin area (2 days per week on site)
Contract Type: 12 month FTC (likelihood of extension)


Your Mission
We are supporting our Hamburg based client to expand its exceptional team with a local Talent Acquisition Manager, who is passionate about making a difference and contributing to their continued success. As a TAP, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our client secure top talent and improve their function processes by working in tandem with internal stakeholders and acting as a SME across their in-house talent tech stack.
Whether it's one hire or two hundred, your expertise will be the driving force behind our clients' success stories.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
• Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly


What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in either RPO/Embedded or in-house roles
• Experience of hiring a broad range of technical roles, with a knowledge of some GTM/Account Management experience also desirable.
• Desirable experience of working with Personio ATS
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in candidate and client networking
• Strategic and commercial awareness
• Innovative thinker with a constant focus on understanding new technologies and approaches in the recruitment marketplace
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
• Experience providing data based reporting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experienced in influencing and driving change
• Self motivated and able to manage own workload
