Shiftmove's GTM (Go-To-Market) presence in the DACH region is rapidly growing, and we are hiring ambitious talents to help us reach our ambitious goals. To make this happen, we're strengthening our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner or Junior Recruiter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building the winning team that is changing the Fleet & Mobility industry.
What You'll Do:
Support end-to-end recruiting for selected roles within our GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
Guide candidates through the recruiting process and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Actively source and engage potential candidates across different channels and platforms
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to learn how to define roles, identify sourcing strategies, and evaluate candidates
Contribute to TA projects (e.g. employer branding, candidate experience initiatives, interview training) while gaining exposure across the full People function
Share ideas and help optimize recruiting processes as you grow into the role
What Success Looks Like In Your First 6 Months:
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Successfully close your first hires and positively impact our hiring processes and framework
Get positive feedback from candidates on their experience.
Contribute to at least one TA initiative (e.g. sourcing best practices, candidate journey improvements, or branding)
What You Bring:
Experience in recruitment, active sourcing, or candidate experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment (start-up/scale-up is a plus).
Curiosity and drive to learn, and impact on recruiting practices and trends.
A people-first mindset with strong communication skills and empathy.
Motivation to find creative ways to attract top talent and grow as a TA Partner
Fluency in German and English.
