To strengthen our Talent Acquisition Unit in the Technology area, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner Tech (f/m/d) (Hybrid in Cologne / Full-time / Permanent contract)

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for recruiting Tech, Data, and Product roles in the SaaS environment – from requirements analysis to offer stage
• Building and maintaining a strong tech talent pipeline through active sourcing across relevant platforms, networks, and communities
• Working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Analysing recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve our processes and develop actionable recommendations
• Developing and implementing creative sourcing and employer branding initiatives for tech target groups
• Contributing to cross-team talent acquisition initiatives and strategic projects

Your profile

• Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology
• Several years of experience in recruiting for tech, data, or product roles – ideally within SaaS or e-commerce environments
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, talent engagement, and building and managing long-term talent pipelines
• Confident user of modern ATS and sourcing tools such as Recruitee, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or Stack Overflow
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, paired with analytical thinking, conceptual strength, a structured work approach, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining a candidate-first mindset
• Fluent in English (business level); German and other languages are a plus
