Navigating complexity: How communication helps organizations deal with uncertainty
In a world of geopolitical rivalries, polarization, and evolving technologies organizations of all kinds are facing uncertainty. This comes with diverse and often conflicting demands from different stakeholders, requiring a strategic communications approach that is both authentic and effective.
Join FGS Global’s Talent Days, a two-day event designed to exploring how organizations can use communication to deal with today’s uncertainty – both in business and politics. Through expert-led sessions and interactive workshops, you will gain insights into the strategies and tools applied to provide guidance in these uncertain times.
This event offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the role communication plays in addressing today’s challenges and to develop the skills needed to excel in the field.
We welcome students, graduates, and young professionals who are passionate about the intersection of business, politics, technology and societal developments. Your enthusiasm for communication is more important than your specific field of study. To apply for the Talent Days 2025, please upload your current resume and answer three of the questions briefly. Further documents are not necessary.
The Talent Days 2025 will take place on Thursday, November 13, and Friday, November 14, at our office in Dusseldorf (The Cradle, Speditionsstr. 2, 40221 Dusseldorf). The application deadline is 6 October 2025. Accommodation will be fully covered. A contribution will be provided to support your travel expenses.
Take this opportunity to advance your career – we look forward to receiving your application!
