Overview

KEY REQUIREMENTS:


• Completed qualification as a certified accountant
• Strong expertise and practical experience in tax accounting, tax laws and regulations in Germany and EU
• Familiar with SAP
• Business fluent German and English communication skills


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Prepare and review tax declarations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Maintain tax records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tax returns information gathering.
• Monitor tax laws and regulations if any changes
• Assess and measure the impact of taxes and risks on the company
• Work closely with audits and tax authorities
• Provide advice on tax matters to business departments


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the tax field, ideally in an international environment
• Extensive knowledge of accounting or tax specialisation
• Eligible to work in Germany
