Vialto Partners is hiring: Tax Manager (Steuerberater) – Global Mobility

Locations: Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Hybrid/Remote

What You’ll Do

• Review and approve tax returns for globally mobile employees
• Advise clients on tax planning, payroll taxes and social security contributions
• Provide tax guidance on assignment structures, tax treaties and expat benefits
• Counsel employees on tax equalization and international tax obligations
• Analyze compensation and payroll data to optimize tax outcomes
• Stay on top of global tax law changes and share insights with clients
• Act as the primary client contact for mobile employee tax issues
• Manage client engagements (billing, collections, KPIs) and identify new opportunities

What You Bring

• German tax advisory certification: Steuerberater (StB)
• Fluent German & English
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Strong client orientation, analytical skills and ability to explain complex issues clearly
• A team player mindset and readiness to think globally
