Your job highlight

You will take ownership of the technical services that form the backbone of Allane’s internal IT. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence, lead a skilled technical team, and drive the continuous improvement of network, server, endpoint, and identity services - enabling secure and seamless collaboration across the company.
But most importantly: You’ll be a trusted colleague, not just a manager - someone who leads by example, listens with respect, and brings people together around a shared mission.

Your new role

You own and lead core IT services like office network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, VPN solutions, endpoint deployment and collaboration tools
You structure the operational backbone: Define team goals, organise workflows and lead by clear prioritisation
You act as a capacity and workload planner: Proactively identify bottlenecks, balance resources and adjust direction when needed
You support your team - not by micro-managing, but by removing blockers, enabling decisions and offering guidance where needed
You pitch, plan, drive and successfully close off projects in your area of responsibility, alignment with regulatory requirements from DORA, BAIT, security and business needs
