This position involves supporting your team in daily development tasks, providing feedback, conducting development meetings, and facilitating training to enhance team skills.

You will serve as an expert and advisor for development tasks, taking on technical management, conception, and implementation of projects. The role also includes implementing features, controlling project scope and progress, and managing team workload.

As part of our growing team, you will participate in interviews, hiring, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a balanced workload in collaboration with Project Managers and Unit Leads. You will establish and promote best practices alongside your colleagues and the Chapter Lead Development.

What distinguishes you

• Extensive technical expertise and several years of web development experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and frameworks like Symfony; familiarity with Pimcore is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
