Team Lead (gn) Software Development / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking a Team Lead (gn) for our in-house Dynamics 365 CRM software development teams. We utilize the latest Microsoft technologies and agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) to develop and adapt quickly to customer, partner, and market needs, achieving short time-to-market cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software developers and consultants globally, both interpersonal and disciplinary management.
• Coordinate and develop the teams strategically to ensure effective collaboration and up-to-date methodologies and processes.
• Recruit new developers/consultants for the 365 CRM platform in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Support team members in their personal development and operational tasks to meet SoftwareOne's ambitious goals.
• Establish and improve software engineering processes with the teams.
• Participate in designing, implementing, documenting, and testing software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
• Manage external service providers when necessary.
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop efficient solutions for internal customers.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience leading exciting CRM projects.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Good understanding of current capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM cloud platform, including Power Platform.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices in low/no-code environments.
• Knowledge of sales process design and implementation.
• Expertise in agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Commitment to quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Passion for enabling and growing people.
• Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
