Team Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Global Functions

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to lead a dedicated team of three members and serve as a trusted advisor. In this dual role, you will drive the global HR agenda across key functions and contribute directly to the development of our R&D organization. As the Team Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Global Functions , your responsibilities will include:

• Leading an HR team with full strategic and operational responsibility
• Partnering with the business and stakeholders to align and implement HR priorities
• Driving global HR strategy focused on R&D and Global Functions, in close collaboration with local HR teams
• Serving as the key contact for the works council, fostering constructive and solution-oriented collaboration

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Leadership experience and the ability to build high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor law, with a proven track record working with employee representatives or works councils
• Ability to translate global HR strategies into effective local implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, integrity, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• A strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational HR expertise
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
