What you will do You will advise the management and business division management teams on the implementation of legal requirements and support ClimatePartner in all national and international legal mattersYou will take on the technical and disciplinary management of an international legal team currently consisting of three employees and manage external lawyers across all national and international legal areasYou will accompany ClimatePartner in its international orientation and provide support when advice is neededYou will review, support and negotiate M&A and joint venture transactionsYou will advise on matters relating to company, trademark and labour lawYou will be responsible for independently drafting, negotiating and advising on all national and international contracts relevant to ClimatePartner Who you are You have passed the first and second state law examinations with distinction and, ideally, you also have a Master of Law (LLM) degreeYou have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a large law firm and/or a law firm focusing on the sustainability sector and have also gained experience in business.Ideally, you have experience in managing and developing employees You are interested in climate protection and sustainability and are keen to learn about climate neutralityYou are able to familiarise yourself with complex business processes and understand complex structureYou are results-oriented, forward-thinking and structuredYou are a team player with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibilityYou are fluent in German and English Benefits Join our dynamic and international team where you can be who you are.
