Interface & contact person: You are the central point of contact for external service providers, internal teams and authorities - professional and solution-oriented.
Safety & regulations: You ensure that legal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection are reliably adhered to.
Keeping an eye on the figures: You plan budgets, control costs and document everything transparently for management.

Technical know-how: You have practical training (e.g. in facility management, workshop manager, building technician or a comparable qualification).
Practical experience: You contribute your experience in technical facility management - ideally from a production or industrial environment
Hands-on mentality: You like to get stuck in and at the same time enjoy strategic planning and project management.
Safety awareness with pragmatism: Occupational safety is important to you and you find smart, practicable solutions for this.
Motivation & drive: You don't just want to maintain, you want to improve - creativity and assertiveness are required!
Languages: You have an excellent command of German and English
