As a Team Lead in SAP EWM Engineering, you’ll merge your technical expertise with leadership, guiding your team on challenging national and international projects while fostering their growth and success. As a Technical Lead, you will work hands-on in EWM projects:

• Conduct customer workshops, design and document the planned solution
• Be overall technically responsible for the solution
• Develop and maintain ABAP code in areas such as MFS; Fiori applications using SAPUI5, RF Framework, Labels, Monitor enhancements, etc.
• Implement quality assurance measures

As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of SAP EWM developers, located in Germany and two other European countries. This will include:

• Managing capacity of your team including resource planning and project staffing
• Performance management and recruiting
• Strategically grow and develop the team
• Coordinate with the leaders of other SAP EWM teams and the Swisslog EMEA Software organization

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed:

• Experience leading teams or projects, either as a Technical Lead or as a Team Lead
• In-depth experience with SAP EWM
• Sound ABAP knowledge, ideally in the area of MFS
• Several years of professional experience in SAP ABAP-OO development
• Experience with SmartForms, (Web) DynPro, and related SAP modules (MM/SD/TM/PP) is desirable
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
