They’re hiring a Team Lead / Manager Product Management (SRM) to lead AI-driven product innovation and scale their cloud platform.




Team Lead / Manager Product Management

• 📍 Location: Hallbergmoos / Remote hybrid (Germany-based)
• 💰 Salary: €140k (inc bonus)



**MUST be C1 Level of German**




What You’ll Do

• Lead an 8-person product team in Supplier Relationship Management
• Own product strategy and roadmap, focused on business outcomes
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science
• Deliver AI-powered SaaS solutions like autonomous supplier onboarding
• Present product progress to execs and key stakeholders



What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS, 5+ years in product leadership
• Experience scaling portfolios with ARR > €30M
• Background in SRM or supply chain products
• Knowledge of SAFe and revenue-focused roadmaps
• Fluent in German & English, confident with execs and clients
• Passion for applying AI to real-world products
