Overview

Now Hiring: Team Lead, Solution Development — Location: Augsburg, Germany.

(European Citizenship or an existing permanent working permit for the European Union is required.)

Description

The successful candidate will understand the Ultimus product and internal software development standards. The candidate will primarily work within the Ultimus Professional services Team and will be responsible to lead the Software Engineers within Ultimus Professional Services department . The candidate will also be responsible to deliver business critical projects by managing the team & day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met as advised by Ultimus Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the business requirement gathering & documentation
• Moderate the solution creation process, coordinate agile development of the solution and liaise between solution team and Solution Facilitator
• For the technical architecture of the solution
• Manage the solution team to design, develop and implement solutions
• Monitoring and reporting to IT and user/customer management on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts
• Developing solutions using Ultimus technologies
• European Citizenship or an existing permanent working permit for the European Union is required
• Minimum 5 years experience in Software development & minimum 1 year experience in Team management.
• Mid-level software engineer
• Expertise in .Net technologies, especially in ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET)
• Expertise in SQL & Oracle
• Expertise in web development tools

Personal Skills

• Excellent communication & technical documentation writing skills are required for this job, so person must be fluent in English
• Excellent debugging and analytical capabilities
• Ability to find, understand and resolve complex problems
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem spotting and fixing capabilities
• The person should be a good team player and should be confident enough to be able to take initiative and work independently & manage team as well
