We are looking for a Team Leader Development Engineer Software to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for technical leadership and further development of the development team, capacity planning, management of the development of assembly and subsystem software, and design and evaluation of software architectures.

• Technical leadership and further development of the development team, capacity planning
• Management of the development of assembly and subsystem software with schedule and budget control at team level
• Design and evaluation of software architectures at assembly and subsystem level in the field of military/automotive applications in the quotation phase
• Conceptualisation of new digital vehicle architectures, taking into account the state of the art in the automotive sector
• Selection and application of suitable development tools within the framework of development projects
• Optimisation of the development process based on current standards such as V-Modell XT, IEC61506 and ISO26262
• Collaboration in national and international working groups for the standardisation of processes and procedures in software development

What We Are Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in the fields of computer engineering, communications engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Detailed knowledge of common development methods and standards such as GVA, AUTOSAR, etc.
• Extensive experience in the field of DOORS requirement management and tools such as MATLAB or SCADE
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel
