Team Leader Maintenance

We are looking for our new Team Leader Maintenance (m / f / d).

Expanding business with existing customers and actively acquiring new customers.
Professional leadership of a team.
Planning management and implementation of customer projects.
Preparation of offers in collaboration with sales.
Conducting customer negotiations to develop suitable technical solutions.
Responsibility for project budgets.
Coordination of internal and external employees.
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations on customer construction sites.
Preparation of risk assessments and inspection reports.
Support with minor repairs and technical problems.
Advice and support for the assembly team during on-site installations.
Preparation of KPI reports and regular reporting to management.

Completed training as a technician or master's in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics.
Several years of professional experience (5–10 years).
Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation.
Experience in customer service and dealing with external companies.
Strong communicator and team player with a hands-on mentality.
Willingness to travel within the region or nationwide.
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills (at least B2); French is an advantage.
Class B driving license.
IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, ideally MS Project.
