For our headquarter in Hechingen, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:
Your mission

• You will be responsible for managing a defined group of people in terms of technical and disciplinary matters
• You are responsible for implementing, controlling, and monitoring processes
• You optimize processes and workflows and act as a reliable interface to the managers in your area of responsibility
• You anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions in collaboration with your supervisor
• You are a competent contact for other departments, areas, or teams with regard to the specific activities within your area of responsibility
  

Your profile

• You have completed education or have a comparable qualification, ideally in a technical or scientific field
• You have at least three years of professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, maintenance, or calibration
• You are confident in using MS Office applications
• You have very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
• You are experienced in managing employees and conducting meetings and are empathetic
• You are assertive and able to make decisions
• You have strength in entrepreneurial thinking and action
