spectrumK GmbH works on the digitalization and automation of processes in the healthcare sector with a special focus on the verification and billing of services provided for statutory health insurance companies. In collaboration with our development partners, we have developed the innovative software platform daewy, which enables the real-time processing, verification and billing of electronic prescriptions. With daewy, billing processes in the healthcare sector are optimized and made more efficient.

For our Berlin location and/or in hybrid working, we are looking for the next possible date for a Team leader (m/f/d) software development.

YOUR TASKS

• Establishment and management of a software development team
• Establishing structures and processes to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and developing a collaborative, creative and solution-oriented team culture
• Mentoring and coaching team members and promoting their professional development
• Budget and resource planning for the team as well as responsibility for project planning and tracking
• Coordination and consolidation of spectrumK's own software development projects and products
• Ensuring the on-time delivery of software solutions in accordance with defined targets
• Designing and ensuring quality standards and best practices as well as implementing agile methods
• Setting up and monitoring technical documentation and knowledge management
• Identification of potential improvements in processes and technologies and their implementation

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed (technical) university degree with information technology content or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Experience in leading a team and several years of experience in software development
• Strong leadership skills (hybrid and face-to-face) with the ability to build and develop a team
• Sound knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes
• Experience in the selection and implementation of technologies and architecture decisions is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, high ability to work in a team and empathy
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
