Team Leader – Systems Engineering – E/E Architecture & Vehicle Integration

Join us at IAV GmbH as a Team Leader – Systems Engineering – E/E Architecture & Vehicle Integration .

This role involves leading the E/E architecture development and vehicle integration teams within our Connected Vehicle Architecture & Integration department.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the team professionally and disciplinarily
• Foster cooperation and knowledge sharing within the department
• Serve as the technical contact for internal and external customers regarding E/E architecture and vehicle integration
• Coordinate personnel planning, qualification, and service delivery with project managers and specialists
• Prepare cost estimates and project proposals
• Support department head in expanding our customer base, including international project acquisition

Required Skills:

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or similar field, or technician/master with extensive experience
• Leadership experience managing teams of at least five members
• Experience in vehicle electronics, networking, or E/E architectures
• Strong network within OEMs in the E/E development sector
• Proficiency in German (C1 level)
