Ihre Aufgaben

• Motivierende Führung eines Teams in der kaufmännischen Kunden-Betreuung (telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung) von Händlern rund um das Thema bargeldloser Zahlungsverkehr
• Begleitung und Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter, Vereinbarung von Mitarbeiterzielen sowie, Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen
• Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts und Sicherstellen einer hohen Servicequalität, Kundenzufriedenheit sowie der Zielerreichung
• Monitoring und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung / des Service Levels. Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Prozesse
• Strategische Planung, Steuerung Unterstützung und Umsetzung von in– und externen Projekten. Kompetenter und professioneller Ansprechpartner für alle Kundenanfragen/-aufträge

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

• Ausgeprägte Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie, hohe soziale Kompetenz
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und sehr gutes Organisationstalent
• Zielorientiertes Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr guter Umgang mit allen MS Office Anwendungen
