Your Responsibilities

Build and Manage the Consumer Marketing Team
Develop and implement our Consumer marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and market presence across Europe.
Create and manage marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, clinics, distributors, and consumers.
Responsible for lead generation and nurturing activities in close collaboration with sales teams.
Produce and optimize marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, white papers, videos).
Manage trade fairs, congresses, and industry events to effectively represent FORLIFE and drive new consumers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance to continuously improve activities.
Manage and source external digital agencies to support marketing initiatives

Your Profile

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing , ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
Strong understanding of consumer sales cycles and customer relationship management.
Experience in event management, content marketing, and lead generation .
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German .
Proactive, creative, and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality.
