This Is How You And Your Application Stand Out

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in the energy or green tech sector with a proven track record in business development, venture building or a similar role requiring a strong analytical & commercial skillset and strategic execution; prior leadership experience is a plus, but not required
  • You're a results-oriented executor with a talent for leadership, who thrives on testing ideas in the market quickly and adapting strategies to meet specific customer needs. You can effectively lead and inspire teams to achieve common goals, while also being a hands-on contributor
  • You have an exploratory mindset and can manage internal expectations & goals at the same time
  • You navigate complex situations with ease, effectively managing internal and external dependencies through exceptional organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English and effectively get to the point
  • You have a deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape, including current technologies, market trends and challenges
