Your Responsibilities

Steering and leading projects in petrochemical plant construction, based on quality, cost, and schedule control
Handling inquiries and preparing offers
Coordinating interfaces with other departments and subcontractors
Disciplinary leadership, development, and qualification of team members
Participating in strategic discussions for site development

Ideal Candidate Profile

Several years of experience in petrochemical plant construction
Degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or industrial engineering
Some leadership experience with an analytical and process-oriented working style
Enjoyment in customer contact and relationship management
Excellent English skills, spoken and written
