What will you do?

• Mentor our trainees throughout their training, both professionally and personally, providing guidance and support
• Support the finance team in developing their knowledge and skills, including during vacation times
• Make decisions and keep track of deadlines
• Review client financial data

What should you bring?

• Completed training as a tax clerk, tax specialist, or similar qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in a tax firm
• Experience with DATEV products and "Unternehmen online"
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Communicate on equal footing with team leaders and management
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
