As a staffing agency specialized in the energy sector, we are exclusively tasked by our client to fill the position of Teamleiter Verfahrenstechnik (m/w/d) in Dresden through direct placement. Our partner is a leading plant manufacturer in water technology, developing innovative systems and solutions in rainwater and wastewater treatment, as well as water engineering and regenerative plant construction.

Your responsibilities include:

• Technical and disciplinary personnel management, development, and planning
• Design and planning of plants in drinking water, wastewater, and rainwater management
• Technical documentation, project clarification, and support, including commissioning and after-sales
• Consulting, training, and onboarding of customer personnel, participation in technical consultations
• Contributing to the development of company strategy and departmental standards

Your profile:

• University degree in water management, process engineering, plant construction, mechanical engineering, environmental technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering project planning
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% (mainly daily commuting)
• Driver's license class B
• Excellent German and good English skills
