Then you are exactly right with us, because the Business Area Children and Education is looking for a reliable pedagogical specialist as Teamleitung for the after-school care with 24 hours per week starting from 01.08.2025 .

Responsibilities

• You want to seize the opportunity to shape the after-school care at a secondary school and support the further development of ÜMI structures at the location.
• You lead a team in daily pedagogical work.
• You maintain ongoing contact and exchange with the school management, teaching and pedagogical staff, the sponsor, and parents on site.
• You engage in implementing and further developing the pedagogical concepts of the school and the sponsor, and implement these together with your team.
• You take on budget responsibility and are responsible for documentation and administration.
• You create duty rosters and conduct personnel development discussions.

Qualifications
