Tech Business Developer , Amazon Key

Overview

Tech Business Developer Manager, Amazon Key – Neuss, Germany. We are expanding Amazon Key across Germany and seeking a visionary Tech Business Developer Manager to promote Amazon Key products to building managers, building owners, and housing associations. You will collect market and customer insights to continuously improve our product and delight customers, build strategic relationships with top real estate management companies, and lead Amazon Key expansion. You will work closely with Operations, Marketing and Program Management and serve as the main point of contact for property owners and managers from onboarding through the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to access building managers, owners, and housing associations
• Conduct compelling product demos and negotiations with high-level prospects
• Build a lead pipeline and qualify leads
• Accelerate Amazon Key expansion using your network and experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers
• Collaborate with Amazon Key leaders, Marketing, Install Operations and Customer Support
• Measure performance, perform root-cause analysis, and identify improvement areas
• Serve as the main point of contact for property managers and owners, providing exceptional support
• Build, maintain and grow customer relationships, expanding their business into Amazon Key

A Day in the Life

• Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals and revenue targets
• Interest in joining a developing new start-up
• Experience selling to building managers, building owners and housing associations, especially in the residential space
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
• Ability to shift from thinking to hands-on execution to deliver results

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced proficiency in German
• Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• Experience building a lead pipeline and qualifying leads

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Existing contacts and relationships with Real Estate Property Managers
