Tech Lead Developer (m/f/d)

At Singhammer, we develop smart cloud-native solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. We work in agile, cross-functional teams with flat hierarchies, where everyone's input matters and collaboration drives success.

Responsibilities:

1. Driving product development, contributing to the codebase, and taking technical ownership of the frontend.
2. Facilitating communication between stakeholders and developers.
3. Guiding junior and mid-level developers.
4. Improving and monitoring usage of best practices in frontend architecture.

Qualifications:

1. Several years of experience in engineering web applications.
2. Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development; prior experience with Jira and Azure DevOps extension development is a plus.
3. Fluent in English, written and spoken (German is a plus).
4. Experience with ERP systems like Business Central.
5. Familiarity with working in cloud environments (preferably Azure) and SaaS offerings.
