This is your mission
• Driving product full-stack development, contributing to the codebase and taking technical ownership of the product
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and developers
• Guiding junior and mid-level developers
• Maintaining quality by extending automated tests and improving efficiency of existing tests
• Providing code reviews
• Introducing and monitoring usage of best practices in software design and development
• Expanding and improving software architecture

We look forward to this
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a tech lead role
• A full-stack builder mindset: You're at home in the front-end and back-end
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development; prior experience with Jira and Azure DevOps extension development is a nice to have
• Practical experience designing and implementing APIs with ASP.Net (OData is a plus)
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
• Experience with syncing data between systems (Business Central is a plus)
• Familiarity with working in cloud environments (preferably Azure) and SaaS offerings
• Strong focus on product quality
