We’re at a critical moment, moving from successful pilots to full‑scale product launch.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead who will take ownership of GreendaAI’s technology, work closely with an external development agency, and prepare to build and lead an internal tech team as we scale.

This is both a builder and leadership role; you’ll be coding, documenting, and improving our current tech stack today, while shaping the technical strategy and team of tomorrow.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of GreendaAI’s technical stack, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead the technical operations with our external development agency, ensuring clean documentation, maintainability, and production readiness.
• Be hands‑on in coding, debugging, and improving the product experience and infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure (currently on Scaleway ) for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Maintain and evolve the current stack (PHP / Laravel, Flutter, GitLab ), while evaluating and planning any future technology transitions.
• Define the future technical direction, tooling, and standards that align with business goals.
• Establish strong documentation practices to streamline onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Recruit and lead a small internal engineering team as we scale.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver high‑impact, user‑driven features.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in full‑stack or backend roles.
• Strong technical foundation with modern frameworks (experience with PHP/Laravel is helpful, but openness to evolving the stack is welcome).
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows and version control (e.g., GitLab, GitHub).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Scaleway, AWS, or similar).
• Proven ability to ship clean, well‑structured, and well‑documented code.
• Leadership experience in early‑stage or scaling environments.
• Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML and LLM technologies is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping / vibe coding tools (e.g., Lovable, Replit, or similar low‑friction environments).
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Pragmatic mindset — able to balance short‑term delivery needs with long‑term technical strategy.
