Job Title: IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users, manage assets, and maintain IT equipment.Detailed Responsibilities:Set up and maintain end-user hardware following established procedures and manuals.Provide technical support for various devices including Wi-Fi access points, RF scanners, printers, and mobile devices.Manage incidents and problems, and support local IT projects and rollouts.Maintain accurate asset records in the central CMDB.Serve as primary IT support at your location, including occasional support for other sites across Europe.Participate in IT-related projects and provide remote/on-site support as needed, including on-call availability.Requirements:Strong 2nd level desktop support skills (Windows 10, VPN, Citrix, Microsoft 365)Proficient with end-user devices, mobile device setup (iOS, Android), and peripheralsExperience with Wi-Fi/WLAN, video conferencing, and collaboration toolsFamiliar with IT infrastructure, file/print services, Active Directory, and basic server/network troubleshootingKnowledge of ITSM tools, ITIL V3 Foundation certified, and change/risk management awarenessStrong customer service mindset, problem-solving ability, and end-to-end issue ownershipExcellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills across all levelsPresentation and training abilities for small groupsGood English and German language skillsDiversity and Inclusion Statement:We value diversity and inclusion in the workplace and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
