Overview

Technical 2nd Level Support Engineer - ITSM

Matrix42 is a leading provider of digital workspace management solutions. This role supports customers in the ITSM environment, managing incidents, and recording IT tickets.

Responsibilities

  • Support our customers in the ITSM environment and network management
  • Process incidents for our customers
  • Record and process IT tickets
  • Problem analysis and solution finding
  • Administration of user accounts in various applications and devices
  • Support of branch offices at home and abroad
  • Provide ongoing customer support in IT service management (ITSM)

Qualifications

  • Completed IT training or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
  • First professional experience in IT support
  • Confident communication and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, DNS and AD
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German is appreciated

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of networking technologies and their protocols
  • Initial scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Experience in ITSM support
