Your Role
- Manage and optimize video ad supply across O&O and O&D platforms
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for video ad delivery, header bidding integrations, and technical issues
- Test, certify, and onboard new and existing video ad tech providers/partners
- Serve as the first line of technical support for video-related ad operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance video ad performance and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Train internal teams on new video ad products and technologies
- Act as the go-to expert for broader technical queries related to video advertising
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability in video ad operations
- Contribute to improving the video Ad-Tech stack by staying up to date with industry trends, optimizing the tech stack with Product & Engineering, and providing insights on new developments in video monetization
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in Programmatic Trading, Ad Operations, or Technical Account Management, with a strong focus on video
- Deep understanding of video ad technologies, including VAST, VPAID, and Open Measurement SDK
- Strong experience with web/app development (HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, etc.) and technical solutions consulting
- Familiarity with programmatic video supply, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and supply-side platforms (SSPs)
- Proficiency in using debugging tools like Charles or Proxyman to analyze ad requests and responses
- Proficiency in using Browser Developer tools to analyze the ad requests from O&D websites
- Experience navigating Open-RTB documentation and understanding key parameters for video ad campaign delivery
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and experience using tools like Postman for API testing
- Proactive mindset with an ability to suggest new formats, identify optimization opportunities, and troubleshoot issues independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in video platforms - JWplayer, SpringServe, GAM, Magnite is a plus
