Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-onTechnical AI Project Manager – Mittelstand Solutions to empower Germany's "Mittelstand" by making artificial intelligence accessible and impactful. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the adoption of AI in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), helping them automate processes and unlock new value. You will be a trusted technical partner, guiding companies from theinitialidea to a working AI solution.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the central contact personfor companies in our Mittelstandsprogramm, building strong relationships and acting as their go-to expert for AI implementation
• Scoping and defining AI use cases by collaborating directly with business leaders to understand their key processes andidentifyhigh-impact opportunities for automation, using our proven templates to guide the discovery process
• Implementing practical AI solutions and workflows using leading low-code platforms such as Make.com, Power Automate, and N8N
• Empowering our partners by translating complex AI concepts into practical business applications and providing hands‑on support
• Staying current with the latest advancementsin AI and low-code technologies to continuously refine our implementation strategies and share best practices within our ecosystem

Qualifications and Requirements

• An academic background in a tech-related or business field is a plus, but your practical experience is what counts
• Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Make.com, Power Automate, N8N, Zapier)
• Strong business savvy and the ability to quickly understand andanalyze key business processes across different industries
• Anautonomous and proactive work style , with demonstrable experience in advising and communicating effectively with business leaders and decision-makers
• Strong, practical understanding of core AI concepts and the capabilities of modern AI tools, especially in the context of business automation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, focusing on business impact
• Fluency in English and German is required
• A highly qualified and motivated team of ~90 people on a journey to change the rapidly evolving European AI Landscape
