Technical Assistance (Zhengzhou, China)

Location: Zhengzhou, China

Contract: Full-time

Working days: Monday–Friday

Working hours:

• Summer (Apr–Sep): 09:00–12:00 | 13:30–18:00
• Winter (Oct–Mar): 09:00–12:00 | 13:00–17:30

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support our Design Department in facilitating communication between R&D teams and international clients. The role involves technical documentation, CAD support, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• CAD Support & Light Drafting
• Create and update CAD components in line with company standards.
• Provide hands‑on support to engineers during prototype and layout development.
• Technical Documentation Management
• Maintain a clear and structured archive of drawings, specifications, and meeting records.
• Ensure accurate version control and fast retrieval of documents.
• Meeting Coordination
• Organize meetings, prepare bilingual agendas, and take accurate minutes.
• Track action items and ensure follow‑up.
• Communication & Language Support
• Support English-language communication within the design team and with international clients.
• Help create a confident, English‑speaking work culture.

Your Profile

• Native‑level English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Prior experience in a technical environment is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work in an international and cross‑cultural environment
