The Opportunity:
We are hiring a hands-on CTO with strong coding skills to lead our technical vision, develop our MVP, and establish a robust technology foundation. As a pivotal member of our founding team, you will play a critical role in shaping the product, technology stack, and future of the company.

Your Role:

• Actively contribute to coding and technical development, building the initial MVP and core platform functionalities.
• Set and execute our technical vision, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Lead and grow a lean, high-performing engineering team from the ground up.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and robust AI-driven solutions.
• Oversee technical product development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape the product strategy and roadmap.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on coding ability with substantial software development experience (7+ years), ideally in fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven startups.
• Prior experience in early-stage or stealth startups, comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Proven experience as CTO, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML implementations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities.
