Das erwartet DICH

Du nimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse und sorgst dafr, dass sie den aktuellen Standards entsprechen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und bringst Deine Expertise in einem dynamischen Umfeld ein.

Du entwickelst unsere Prozesse weiter orientiert an Standards wie Automotive SPICE ISO 26262 Functional Safety ISO 21434 Cybersecurity und IATF 16949.

Du analysierst interne und externe Abläufe im Umgang mit Kundenanforderungen und dokumentierst die Prozesse im Anforderungsmanagement.

Du optimierst Prozesse im Software- und Systementwicklungsbereich und gestaltest aktiv die Prozessarchitektur mit.

Du koordinierst Entwicklungsprozesse und dokumentierst diese in Stages.

Du planst und führst ASPICE-Assessments Gap-Analysen und SPOT-Checks durch.

Du erstellst Schulungsunterlagen und führst Trainings für Kolleginnen und Kollegen durch.

Du definierst und passt ASPICE-Prozesse individuell an (Tailoring).

Du koordinierst projektübergreifende Assessments mit Kundinnen und Kunden und unterstützt alle Abteilungen rund um das Thema ASPICE.

Du bringst Dich auch in technischen Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten ein.

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen z.B. in Maschinenbau Informatik oder Product Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

Du kennst Dich mit den aktuellen Standards aus insbesondere mit Automotive SPICE ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity) und IATF 16949.

Idealerweise hast Du eine Weiterbildung zum Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE absolviert.

Du bringst Erfahrung in der Prozessentwicklung mit und modellierst Prozesse sicher mit Stages.

Du denkst analytisch und erfassst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell.

Du kommunizierst klar, löst Konflikte konstruktiv und arbeitest gerne im Team.

Du bist flexibel, strukturiert und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich.

Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; diese sind Voraussetzung für die Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
