As a Technical Consultant , you will work at the intersection of technology and customer success — where your ideas, expertise, and problem-solving will play a critical role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of our platform.

The Technical Consultant plays a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption for our customers. This position encompasses implementation consultancy, technical troubleshooting, and adoption support. They guide new clients through post-sale platform setup, customization, and integration, while supporting existing customers in adopting new features.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Implementation : Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new and existing clients, including platform provisioning, implementation, and feature adoption. Coordinate internal specialists and support re-implementations to close setup gaps.
• Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality integrations and configurations. Provide technical design recommendations based on client data and application environments, and implement best practices to minimize support needs post-onboarding.
• Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent client engagements and ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations, including SOWs, forecasts, and check-ins. Promote solution adoption and demonstrate value and ROI.
• Collaboration & Strategic Support: Work closely with client technical teams, internal stakeholders, and Client Success Managers to deliver a unified customer experience. Stay up to date with product developments and industry trends.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience & Background : Proven project management experience in digital or technology environments, ideally with client-facing roles and CRM platform implementation.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English . Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Hands-on mindset with a focus on problem-solving and customer success. Industry knowledge in at least one vertical or market segment preferred.
