Technical Consultant Engineer (m/f/d) We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Customer Success Management Team DACH. Enabling Exceptional: As a global provider of software solutions and services, our goal is to support you in designing better buildings. As a Technical Consultant Engineer, you will provide technical services for the sales and after-sales of MagiCAD Group in the DACH market. As part of the Technical Support Team, your expertise will make a significant contribution to continuous market adaptation. You will also support both the Technical Services Global Team (e.g. through eLearning and global support) and the Quality Assurance Team in testing the latest version of MagiCAD. Customer satisfaction is very important to you. What are your tasks?Technical support and trainingConducting product demonstrations and presentationsProviding advice during the customer onboarding process and as part of customer successmanagementSoftware testing and evaluation of new MagiCAD versionsParticipating in the development of e-learning modulesSupporting product development and localisation of MagiCAD for RevitCollaborating with the global support team What do we expect from you?Completed degree or training in building services engineering (HVAC)A strong customer focus and results-oriented approach to workEnjoy working with people and as part of a teamVery good English skillsExperience with Autodesk RevitKnowledge of MagiCAD or comparable modelling and calculation softwareExperience in conducting software training coursesWillingness to travelNative German speaker What we offerProfessional growth is important to us.
