Are you ready to build impactful ServiceNow solutions that improve IT and customer service operations?

Plat4mation Germany is looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with a strong background in ITSM and CSM to join our team in Frankfurt or Berlin , with flexible home-office options.

What you’ll do

• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Work from clearly defined user stories and translate them into high-quality technical configurations
• Configure core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Case Management
• Write and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.) to support tailored customer needs
• Collaborate with Business Process Consultants and Architects throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, supporting adoption and solution handover

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and / or CSM
• Strong knowledge of ITSM / CSM processes and platform capabilities
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM and / or CSM (required)
• Fluent in English (professional level) and native-level German
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g. CMDB, ITOM, IRM) is a plus
