Overview

Technical Customer Support Specialist – BIM-Software Tekla Structures (m/w/d) at Trimble Inc.

Location: Germany - Raunheim (preferred), Munich, Stuttgart or Bonn.

Responsibilities

• Technical customer support: Diverse assistance for customers via phone, digital channels and, when needed, on-site.
• Knowledge base: Create and translate support articles, product guides and technical documentation.
• Training materials: Create, update and translate training materials.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales and the Customer Success team.
• Product development: Actively contribute to the further development of Tekla Structures and Trimble Connect in coordination with Product Development.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or an equivalent qualification, or relevant professional experience (e.g., designer, structural engineer, technician, or technical systems planner).
• Hands-on knowledge in structural engineering; experience with Tekla Structures or other CAD solutions is advantageous.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
• Strong communication skills and clear expression in direct customer contact.
• Self-motivated, proactive and service-oriented work style.
• Team spirit with the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in dynamic situations.
