Technical Engineer (m/f/d)

The Position

We are a spin-off of RWTH Aachen University, which develops a special coating technology to enable recyclable plastic packaging for various applications. We are looking for a technical engineer (m/f/d) to join us in building a company that will significantly advance the circular economy for plastics in Germany and the world.

Your Mission

• You are responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes

• You define test criteria, develop test procedures, and carry them out independently

• You analyze quality issues and initiate effective measures for their resolution

• You are responsible for inspecting and approving incoming goods and ensuring that their quality meets our requirements

• You are responsible for the maintenance and inspection of equipment and tools in our production

• You carry out maintenance and repair work on our assembly systems

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in mechatronics or have completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics engineer

• You have initial professional experience as a technical engineer, ideally in quality assurance for technical goods

• You are characterized by technical understanding, decisiveness, and the ability to work independently

• You are a strong communicator with a confident manner

• You are confident using MS Office applications, and have experience in using CAD (Inventor Graphics)

• You have ideally initial experience in working with an ERP system

• You are business fluent in German and English
